Are You Invisible to the Energy of Money?

How Empowered inSight Can Support Your Journey to Receive and Hold Wealth

Twelve months ago, when I left a stable and secure career to start my own business, my healing around my money monsters and my relationship with money began.

For a long time, I rejected my earthly existence. The traditional workday felt like a trap, a rat race driven by power-hungry systems that left me questioning why. I saw the effect money had on relationships and the widening gap between rich and poor, especially in Africa, where luxury and starvation can exist side by side.

I could not understand why money could not be shared more fairly. I could not understand why some lived in abundance while others struggled to survive. It felt like an overwhelming problem to solve, so I stayed in the grind, repeating the mantra, “The hustle and grind is a necessary evil.”

But beneath that mantra, my nervous system and subconscious mind were saying something else. They were carrying anxiety, fear, and unworthiness. These were signals that I was rejecting not just money, but my own ability to receive it.

By resisting the 3D physical world, including my own embodiment, I was essentially invisible to the energy of money.

I work with this belief every day to rewire my own narrative. After seeing firsthand the effect my nervous system has on my abundance, I was inspired to write this article. This article is based on my observations through my own healing journey and through the privilege of working with and holding space for my clients.

Money and Your Nervous System

How do you feel when you log into your bank account or pay your bills?

Do you tense up?

Do you clench your jaw?

Do you feel dread?

Your nervous system is the landing pad for money. If it is wired for fear or scarcity, affirmations alone will not shift your reality. I have seen that safety in the body is foundational. It allows wealth to have a grounded place to land.

When the body feels unsafe, receiving can feel threatening. Money may represent pressure, responsibility, survival, conflict, guilt, or fear. Even when the conscious mind says, “I want more,” the body may quietly say, “I am not safe to hold more.”

This is why money healing is not only a mindset practice. It is also a body-based practice. The nervous system must begin to understand that receiving, holding, spending, and circulating money can happen from a place of safety rather than survival.

Money and Subconscious Beliefs

Receiving is a feminine energy. Yet many of us carry subconscious beliefs that whisper, “I am unworthy.”

These beliefs do not just block compliments or kindness. They can block abundance too.

Ask yourself how you feel when someone gives you a compliment.

Do you deflect it?

Do you dismiss it?

Do you shrink away?

Do you immediately feel the need to give something back?

If you struggle to receive in small ways, you may also struggle to receive in larger ways, including financial abundance. The way we receive love, kindness, support, recognition, and money is often connected to the same deeper inner pattern.

Subconscious beliefs are powerful because they often operate beneath conscious awareness. You may logically know that you are capable, worthy, and deserving, but if your deeper inner wiring says otherwise, receiving can still feel uncomfortable.

This is where awareness becomes the first doorway. Once you begin to notice your patterns, you begin to reclaim your power.

The Feminine and Masculine Energies of Money

Money has both feminine and masculine energetic qualities. When these energies are imbalanced, money may feel difficult to receive, difficult to hold, or difficult to trust.

The Feminine Energy of Money

The feminine energy of money longs to flow, create, multiply, socialise, make friends, and return with abundance. It thrives in freedom, creativity, receptivity, and openness.

As with the element of ether, money in energetic form travels in 5D. It holds ideas, inspiration, creativity, and possibility until it finds a grounded vessel to land.

When we are open, receptive, and connected to our creative field, money can begin to feel less like a force outside of us and more like an energy we are in relationship with.

The Masculine Energy of Money

The masculine energy of money thrives in a safe, grounded container.

Respect, safety, structure, and boundaries allow money to land and stay. Without structure, money may flow in but leave quickly. Without safety, receiving more can feel overwhelming. Without boundaries, money can become attached to guilt, obligation, or fear.

The masculine provides the container. The feminine allows the flow.

The Balance of Both

When these energies are harmonised, money feels welcome.

It can flow toward you and remain in your space, hibernating until it is ready to flow again. The balance of feminine receptivity and masculine structure creates a relationship with money that feels safer, more grounded, and more aligned.

How My Work Supports This Transformation

This is where my work comes in.

Through energy work and Body-Emotion Code, I help release trapped emotions, subconscious beliefs, and nervous system imprints that constrict the flow of money.

With Enneagram coaching, we uncover the core motivations behind your subconscious beliefs. These are the patterns that quietly shape how you receive, hold, and relate to wealth.

My intuitive clairvoyance allows us to get to the root cause. It brings clarity to what is hidden and guides you toward alignment with both 3D and 5D realities.

Together, these modalities facilitate and empower the medicine in you. They help create space for abundance in your field, opening up the flow toward you.

Tips for Rewiring Your Relationship with Money

1. Ground Into Your Body

Practice breathwork, meditation, or walking barefoot to remind your nervous system that it is safe.

Grounding brings you back into the present moment. It helps the body soften, settle, and remember that it does not need to remain in a constant state of protection.

2. Practice Reframing Subconscious Beliefs

Become aware of the moments when you are feeling unworthy or saying, “I do not deserve this.”

Gently replace that belief with, “I am a sacred vessel for abundance.”

Awareness of where you are and who you are with in these moments can also help bring an innerstanding of where these beliefs come from. Sometimes the pattern is not random. It may be connected to a person, an environment, a memory, or an old version of you that learned receiving was not safe.

3. Celebrate Receiving

Accept compliments with grace.

Practice saying “thank you” without deflection.

Receiving does not always begin with money. Sometimes it begins with allowing yourself to receive kindness, recognition, support, and love without needing to minimise it or immediately return it.

4. Honour Money as Sacred

Create rituals around receiving and spending.

Light a candle when you pay your bills. Say a blessing or prayer. Bless the flow as it moves in and out.

When you honour money as sacred, you begin to shift from resentment into relationship. Spending can become less about loss and more about circulation. Receiving can become less about fear and more about trust.

5. Shift Perspective

Instead of begrudging wealth where it is not present for you, celebrate it in others as proof of possibility.

By honouring abundance outside of you, you signal readiness to receive it within.

This does not mean ignoring inequality or pretending hardship does not exist. It means noticing where comparison, judgement, or resentment may be closing your own field to receiving.

6. Recognise Wealth Beyond Money

It is also a powerful practice to reframe wealth.

Wealth is not limited to money. True wealth includes health, love, creativity, freedom, and connection. When you expand your definition of wealth, you begin to see abundance in every area and in every moment of life.

Money then becomes one expression of that abundance. It is not the whole story, but part of a greater flow that supports your journey.

Closing

Money is beautiful.

It is part of our earthly journey, part of the ego, and part of the dance between 3D and 5D.

To reject it is to reject your own ability to hold wealth safely. When you welcome money as both energy and matter, you become visible to it. It is then given permission to flow toward you with ease.
